This component makes some small changes to the External Attendees feature for Appointments. This component demonstrates that this area is flexible and can be changed using existing techniques.

The component changes the communication screen so that any External Attendees are displayed on the screen rather than just on the External Attendees tab.

An Add External Attendees button is also added to the screen.
