This component, when installed, will implement a new Case Workflow.
It gives examples of the following:
1) Primary and Transitional rules.
2) Initial assigning to a user, allocation to a team, and setting of a date.
3) Automatic creation of a task.
4) Use of JavaScript condition to determine whether workflow actions should be available.
5) JavaScript condition that links the activity on a task to the case workflow.
This component was tested with Sage CRM 2025.
