Download file:  Replacement SageLoadSpinner.js file for Customers running Sage CRM 2021 R2 or later impacted by Chrome update 113.0.5672.64   

Chrome update: Version 113.0.5672.64 (Official Build) (64-bit) affects customers on Sage CRM 2021 R2 or later.

When you attempt to navigate to any page on Sage CRM, you will get a popup window

Customers are advised to replace the existing “SageLoaderSpinner.js” file in the WWWRoot\js\custom\ folder with the “SageLoaderSpinner.js” file supplied here.

1. Download and unzip the file.
2. Navigate to <Sage CRM installation folder>\WWWRoot\js\custom
   1. Note:  By default, Sage CRM is installed to %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Sage\CRM\CRM.
3. Replace the existing SageLoaderSpinner.js file with the new version.
4. You may need to refresh your browser cache to ensure the fix is applied.

This issue will be resolved in Sage CRM 2023 R1.1.  Customers using Sage CRM 2021 R2, 2022 R1 and 2022 R2 are advised to apply this fix.
