Are you asking how to print a barcode fir the lot number and some other information or are you asking how to set up the lot number generator?  

Barcodes are a font.   So to print the bardode *123456789* you apply an appropriate font that is compatible with the bar code reader.

Depending on the application and the readers there are some rules to follow like appropriate start and stop markers.    Above i use asterisk.   

Bar code fonts are not available here but many can be downloaded from the internet.
