Update your display name 

To change your display name, email the Community Team at [email protected]. Include: 

• Your email address 

• Current display name 

• Preferred new display name plus at least one alternative, as names must be unique and your first choice may be unavailable 

 Delete your account 

To request account deletion, email the Community Team at [email protected]. Include: 

• Your email address 

• Current display name 

 How to request a copy of your data

1. Click on your Avatar or profile image.
2. Choose Settings, then scroll down and click Request Export.

 You get a direct message with a link to an export that's valid for only four days. 

 How to change your email address

1. Set up a new account login using the new email address.
2. Email the Community Team at [email protected]
3. Include details of both logins.

We will merge the accounts under the new email address, so you don't lose any of your Community Hub activity..
