Registration and login

Login icon New to Community Hub? Register for an account

If you don’t have a Sage account, you can create one:

  1. Go to the Login button in the top-right corner of the homepage.
  2. On the Join or sign in page, select Log in or create account.
  3. If you don’t have a Sage account ID, you’re prompted to create one.
  4. Enter your Email address and name (minimum three characters).
  5. Create and confirm a Password (minimum eight characters).
  6. Select Sign up.
  7. Enter the six-digit confirmation code sent to your email address.
    • Didn’t get it? Select Resend Code
  8. Select Continue to finish setting up your Sage account ID.
  9. Create your Community Hub Display Name.
    • Must be unique and at least three characters
    • If your first choice isn’t available, choose another

  Choose a Display Name that you want others to see in forum discussions.

     10. Select Join now to complete registration.
     11. You’ll then be able to personalize your experience by selecting the groups you'd like to participate in.
     12. Select OK to sign in and return to where you started.

If you have an existing Sage account, use that to log in:

  1. Go to the Login button in the top-right corner.
  2. On the Join or sign in page, select Log in or create account.
  3. Enter your Email address and Password on the Sage account ID page.
  4. Select Log In to access Community Hub.

  Forgot your password?

  1.  Go to the Login button in the top-right corner.
  2. On the Join or sign in page, select Join or sign in.
  3. On the Sage account ID page, select Forgot Your Password?
  4. Enter your Email address and select Continue.
  5. Check your inbox (and Junk/Spam folders) for the reset email.
  6. Select the reset password link in the email.
  7. Enter a new Password.
    • Your password must contain at least eight characters.
  8. Select Reset password. You’re signed in automatically.
