We want to inform you about a recently reported issue with our third-party vendor, Avalara. When attempting to invoice sales orders in Shipping Data Entry, you may encounter the following messages: "AddressLocationType: ShipTo" and "AddressLocationType: ShipFrom."
Avalara has acknowledged this issue as of January 31, 2025, at 1:45 PM EST, and is working on a resolution. Please see this Sage Knowledgebase article for more information.
We will provide further updates as soon as they become available.
UPDATE: This issue has been resolved by Avalara and customers should no longer have issues when using shipping data entry. (updated on February 1, 2025 7:11 AM PT)
