I’m Erzsi, the Community Country Lead for North America, and I’m excited to reintroduce myself here on Community Hub! Whether you're a long-time member or brand new to the group, this is a space to connect, share knowledge, and support each other in all things Sage 100.

Our community is here to help you get the most out of your Sage solution—whether you have questions, best practices to share, or just want to engage with fellow users, we’re here for you!

A little bit about me:  Before joining Sage, I worked at Service Canada in Employment Insurance, promoting ROE Web and helping businesses adopt digital solutions. Outside of work, I volunteer with NGOs focused on food security and agriculture—causes close to my heart. I’m also a musician and singer/songwriter —so if you ever need troubleshooting tips or an impromptu acoustic set, I’m your person! Notes

  •  Hello!  I'm Karen (User: ksmcwhir) and I have been a colleague on the Sage 100 Customer Support team for 25 years! Through years of learning via customer interactions I have become the Subject Matter Expert for our Sage 100 Manufacturing modules (Production Management, Inventory Requirements Planning, and Operations Management to name a few). The Sage 100 Community Hub offers an open forum for our customers to learn from each other and to get the most out of the products that they use! Outside of work I love to travel, play golf, and spend time with my 4 precious grandchildren!

  • Hi everyone!

I'm Nathan, and I've been with Sage for 17 years. Currently, I provide customer support for Sage 100 and Sage 500 ERP. In the past, I've also supported Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE, and Sage 50 US and CAN. As a Subject Matter Expert, I specialize in installations, migrations, performance, and other technical issues. When error messages or log files don't provide enough information to identify the cause of an issue, my go-to tool is Process Monitor.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing basketball and spending time with my family.

  • Hi, I'm Big Louie, I have used Sage 100 since Level 2 MAS90 days. I started posting to help users on the old Alt.Accounting days (that's along time ago).  A member of the original Yahoo Chat Group hosted by Wayne that became 90Minds.  Learned a lot from Chris Powers, Ronnie Aspe   and Elliott  Pritchard   at the greatly missed Sage Summit. Have posted on all the various web pages such as Best Talk.  Also known as The Guy Who Made Scott Brady Famous and I have met the Beatles in person.

  • I'm Wayne Schulz, and I've been working with Sage 100 (as a VAR/Consultant) since the 1990s. I'm also a non-practicing CPA and a member of the 90 Minds Group (a community of Sage consultants who share technical and business information). I publish a weekly Sage 100 email newsletter each Thursday which goes to about 1,300 subscribers.

I live in Connecticut and, thanks to the wonderful nature of the Internet, have clients all over. I have a dog who faithfully reminds me at 3pm daily that it's walking time, so I'm usually OOO (out of office) for a few hours each afternoon.

My career journey began with MAS 90 at two larger CPA firms in CT, where I served as their technology department for about 10 years. From there, I ventured out on my own and established Schulz Consulting, which specializes primarily in supporting existing Sage 100 implementations.

In my free time I enjoy exploring  NYC with my wife as well as hiking in the Berkshires of Massachusetts.

I've met many of the active users on this community and hope the upcoming conference affords another opportunity for us to all get together.

  • Hello.  I'm Kenneth (user: Hobie16).  Started using Sage 100 back in 2018 after moving off Platinum for Dos which we ran for 27 years.  We are a distributor/manufacturer in the marine industry.

So compared to most of you, I'm a newbie and still learning.

In my free time love sailing, fishing or just being outside.

  • Hello everyone!

My name is Brian. I'm primarily a Sage 100 support analyst ..for a while Grinning I have  also assisted with  Sage 100 Contractor and Sage 300 CRE developer support. My background in Software Development and, of course, product support. Like Nathan, I specialize in technical issues. I love learning new products, tools and applications.

In my free time, I spend time with my family and go to college. I have a passion for Geology and Paleontology/Paleobotany. Unlike Erzsi, I am tone-deaf and sing like a cat with laryngitis. However, if you need assistance with Sage 100, I can help!

  • Hello everyone!

I’m Scott Brady aka “the Guy Big Louie made famous” Blush (User: Sage100ERPHelper). I’ve been with Sage over 30 years and have had the pleasure meeting many of our community members over the years. Being a member of Sage Support’s original Tools Team, I enjoy working with the Tools that integrate with Sage 100 such as VI, Custom Office & Crystal Reports.

In regard to the Sage Community, I’ve actual been serving my communities all my life growing up in Southern California. Starting as a young Paperboy delivering newspapers to my community and mowing lawns, to getting hired as a Paid Call Firefighter during my early days at Sage, where I had the opportunity to help my community by responding to medical emergencies, structure fires & wildfires on my nights and weekends…that was a nice gig while it lasted (2 years). I also volunteered at numerous sporting events and concerts, working concession stands for non-profit organizations as well as volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, Wounded Warriors and the Jessie Reece Foundation, assisting in the creation and delivery of items to hospitals nationwide. I’m currently volunteering at our local Intermediate School assisting and performing with students at the school’s annual Rockfest Concert.

When I’m not out serving my community, I can be found traveling in my RV, or at my local ski resort, or Stand Up Paddle boarding, or enjoying a Friday Night High School Football Game – (Mission Viejo) Go Diablos!, or a Saturday Football Game (Rose bowl) – Go Bruins! Or my local Hockey Team – Go Ducks!

Brian, I appreciate the honesty! If Sage ever develops a karaoke module, I'll make sure to keep you far, far away from the beta testing. JoyMicrophoneCat But in the meantime, I’m sure your Sage 100 expertise hits all the right notes! NotesLaughing

what an incredible journey of service and dedication Green heart — it’s clear you’ve always been someone who steps up when needed. Also, major respect for keeping up with skiing—hopefully, you've got many more runs ahead of you! Skier️ + Sounds like you’ve got a packed sports calendar! Laughing

  • Hi, I am Ajlan,
I’m excited to join this group and start my journey with Sage 100. I’m new to both Sage 100 and this community, and I’m currently focused on learning the database structure, reporting (Crystal Reports), and automation in Sage 100.

So far, I’ve worked on creating reports in Crystal Reports and setting up some configurations, but I’m eager to dive deeper and master the system. Looking forward to learning from the experienced members here and sharing my progress along the way!

Thanks for creating this space for knowledge-sharing—I appreciate the support!

Looking forward to connecting with you all. Blush
