We are pleased to announce that the Sage CRM 2025 R1.1 patch is now available for download. This patch applies to all customers currently running Sage CRM 2025 R1 and addresses the following key issues:
- Mail Merge: Resolved an issue where Mail Merge failed when IIS auto login was enabled.
- Exchange Integration: Fixed a synchronization issue where appointments created by non-Sage CRM users in Exchange Online did not sync to Sage CRM.
- Workflow: Corrected a problem preventing modifications to standard or custom entity workflows.

- If you have trouble downloading, clear your cache and cookies, or use incognito mode in your browser.
- These patches apply to Sage CRM standalone and when integrated with Sage 100 and/or Sage 300.
