If you need to get in touch, have your account name and ID ready. You can obtain that information in several ways:
- Within your product:
- Click the Help tab on the launcher ribbon.
- Click Sage 100 About. Your Account ID is below your serial number.
- Check your inbox for a recent email from Sage Team sent on December 2, 2025, where we've included this information for your convenience and reference.
