We’re pleased to announce that a new update for Sage CRM is now available. This release introduces several key enhancements that improve security, reliability, and Microsoft integration.
Starting with Sage CRM 2026 R1, Sage CRM is no longer bundled with the Sage 100 CRM integration components. Sage CRM is now installed or updated as a standalone product, while the Sage 100 CRM integration components are included in the Sage 100 build and must be installed for your version of Sage 100. This updated delivery model simplifies installation and allows Sage CRM and Sage 100 to be installed or upgraded independently.
