We’re excited to announce new Sage 100 updates available for download today. Sage 100 2026.1, Sage 100 2025.3, and Sage 100 Payroll 2.26.2 offer enhancements and program fixes.

To download the applicable update:
1. Click the applicable link below to download and install the update.
Download Sage 100 Payroll 2.26.2
2. If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, and then click Log In.
Important note:
If you have trouble downloading:

- Try a different browser
We recommend updating to the latest version to take advantage of the improvements.
What’s New
Sage 100 2026.1 includes the following product enhancements:
- Search help (formerly Sage Help Agent): Search help is the new name for the for the AI-powered, guided help within Sage 100. Accessible from the Desktop Home tab and Information Center page.
- Form 1099 Reconciliation Report: A new report on the A/P Reports menu is available. You can print this report for selected vendors and use it before year-end processing to compare information with Aatrix 1099 forms.
- ACH Maintenance Update: If the Company Entry Description is left blank, the default value “PURCHASE” will now populate in the ACH file.
- Enhanced Cost Detail visibility: When working with lot items in Item Maintenance, the Lot Code Source and Country of Origin fields now display on the Cost Detail tab.

Sage 100 Payroll 2.26.2 includes the following product enhancements:
- Improved Payroll History Detail: The Check Date is now included in the Payroll History Detail file.
- Direct Deposit Maintenance Update: If the Company Entry Description field is blank, “PAYROLL” will now automatically populate in the ACH file.
- Tax Code Inquiry access: You can now open Tax Code Inquiry directly from the Payroll Utilities menu, simplifying access.
