Where do I go to update new SDI rate for CA taxes?

In Payroll 2.x, the only place you can enter rates is the Setup, Company Tax Group Setup. For the CA SDI, you will not be able to enter a rate there because it is the same rate for everyone in CA. For taxes that the rate is different for anyone, the tax is stored in the SPA and used for the tax calculation.
