Invoice printing error 84

Hello I have a user who receives this error very often after invoices are printed.

Any direction on how I might t-shoot

    I just saw this older post and you may have already resolved it. 

    For troubleshooting, can other users on other workstations get error after error message is closed?  If not, it is possible the workstation of the first user is corrupted.  

    If any user on any workstation gets the error, it could be a bad record.  It looks like it is attempting to print the DailyDepositRecap report.  Look at the Invoice in Invoice Data Entry, Totals tab, deposit information.   Further debug information might be necessary to troubleshoot for additional detail.

    Yes we did figure it out, had to do with printing setup. We ended up deleting all non used printers/faxes/one note anything non essential on the machine. Then made sure there was a default printer and change that printer to print directly to printer instead of spooling it.  This seemed to work for the 5 or so users that were getting error.
