Possibly the items sold on the invoice are not setup as commissionable items (Item Maintenance/Additional tab/Commission Method = None)?

Sorry I should have specified that the commission amount is not zero in commission edit maintenance (shows the correct amount based on the invoice's commission rate) - its the commission RATE in commission edit maintenance that is showing zero - I believe this is the percentage that dictates the rate on the AR Salesperson Commission Report.

Ah, that could be because you are using rates per line items?

We don't have anything defined in Line Item Commission Maintenance.  Is there a separate setting that enables/disabled this?

You can also setup commission percentages by Item on the Additional tab in Item Maintenance.  Or, I think it is zero if you are doing split commissions...

Oh it was the 'Calculate Commissions by Inventory Item' was checked off in IM Options.  Thanks!
