Locked A/R cash receipts batches

Question

User was trying to update 92 A/R cash receipts batches. Got tired of waiting and ended task. Now all batches are locked. How do I remove the lock?

It sounds like you resolved this issue by retrying the update. I might suggest you check the AR cash receipts and the GL postings to insure nothing was duplicated or missed causing out of balance general ledger or AR module.
