Printing checks--- want to change to a different checking account-- automatically picks account "AP50"-- want to change to printing out of "AP050"-- a different bank and account-- I can manually change the bank for each vendor-- but want to change so it picks "AP050" automatically-- ?

This does not sound like a Sage 100 ERP Question. Are you using Sage Contractor? That is under the Sage Construction & Real Estate Forum.

Sage 100 allows you to set a default form code for each Bank Code, and generally saves printer settings for non-STANDARD form codes, but that is about it.
