how to change rate to the salesperson commission report Sage 100

Hello, I need help in the salesperson commission report.

So I need to change the percent of the commission in the salesperson commission report, usually I'm giving 10% of commission in the whole invoicing sales per week. Now I want to change it for 12%.

How can I do that???

Just this one time, or moving forward on all sales?

Moving forward on all sales, I found a manual that explain how to do it but it is only for one invoice and one customer by salesperson.

I would like to do it by the whole amount invoiced in the sales commission report by salesperson.
