Unable to add customer. Gateway communication error

Hello,

I have a customer that wants to pay for an invoice with a credit card. Is the first time this customer pay their invoices with a credit card.

When I tried to add the credit card I get an error "Unable to add customer. Gateway communication error" I have not seen this error before.

I'm getting this error only with this customer they are located in Canada. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Thanks.

Hello Brenda,
To better help you I need more info. Are you adding the card info in Customer Maintenance or during the Invoice Entry? Are you using Paya / Nuvei or another credit card processing in Sage 100?

I'm adding it in Customer Maintenance and we are using Paya.

If you have a screenshot of the message can you email it to me? Did you install the recent Paya update?
I see there was reports of communication errors and would like to confirm if related to the updates.

Yes, I did installed the recent update. This is the message error I get.
