Do you mean something different than the Purchase Clearing by History Report?  (That's available in your version, but you may not be able to see it if it wasn't checked in your Role(s))

Yes I do mean something different.  I have full rights to Sage.  This clearing history report is as useful to me as the 1st report.  I am handy with Crystal but not as handy as I would like to be to build a clearing report that captures look-back info at any given point I select.
Currently our history report has something like 5 million as the total.  The owner does not want the history archived.

The PO Clearing from History lets you choose a date

Yes but we have transaction s that are not open and on the report as open...Its a very dirty - has not been scrubbed since since 2015 and the powers that be don't want it scrubbed.  I do understand how it works.  But it isnt a solution for us.
