Hello,
Is there a way to pull up all items with a price override within Sage?
You can also look in AR - Reports. This report shows Standard pricing too, but might be easier to read (vs the raw data).

I ran this report but I didn't see anything on report that told me item was price override.. what should I be looking for
gotcha .. Thanks I will rerun and review..
question though.. so by the Price source stating Price Code means there is a price override on this item for a particular customer. Sorry if that is a dumb question but I need to explain this to our OPS manager and need to make sure I understand correctly.
The report solves the problem of interpreting the complicated back-end data, for multiple potential different sources for pricing calculations.

I believe (and someone from Sage can correct me if I am wrong) that "Price Code" means one of the 3-4 different types of custom pricing types stored in IM_PriceCode.
If you only want Customer price overrides, then StefanouM 's answer is the best way to see that data.
StefanouM idea worked I exported list from VI
Just to add to what Kevin said, from the File Layouts online: https://help-sage100.na.sage.com/2025/FLOR/index.htm#File_Layouts/Inventory_Management/IM_PriceCode.htm?TocPath=File%2520Layouts%257CInventory%2520Management%257C_____64
Here are the valid options for the PriceCodeRecord value in IM_PriceCode:
0=Price Code record, 1= Item Price record, 2 = Item/Customer Price record.
PricingMethod values are:
Valid:C,D,M,O,P
Notes: C=Cost markup amount,
D=Discount percentage,
M=Markup percentage,
O=Override Price to Notes,
P=Price discount amount
And you may want to look at the CustomerPriceLevel value too.
There is more information on pricing (for reference) in the Knowledgebase Article "How to set up or maintain
pricing by customer or item" (Solution ID 222924550020791). View article.Yes, the File Layouts is a great resource for understanding the column values (codes / abbreviations).
