Hello a user did a return of goods and it posted to the GL however not to inventory they are zero. PO history showing zero's as well. Any idea why this happens and how to fix.

That is your answer then. Drop Ship PO's never affect inventory (in or out).

Take a look at PO history inquiry to be sure. That is the easy answer.

After reviewing PO history it does appear to be a drop ship
