If you look on the History tab for the account(s), do you see the debits equaling the credits for a particular month?  What is the running balance?

No, there's typically a debit balance at the end of each month.  Every so often a credit balance, but it's hardly ever a wash.  But that's the issue - I always run my trial balance to show the activity as well as the beginning and ending balances.  So even if it was a wash, it would show the activity.  I'm stumped because it's only with these couple of accounts.  We thought maybe it was a parameter we were missing on the report, but there's nothing.  I was just hoping someone else had experienced something like it before I called it in to the help desk.

Well, I'd try the Recalc utility on the Utilities Menu in GL before calling and see if that makes any diff.
