How to download Sage CRM 7.3, or is it Sage CRM 2017?

Question

I'm attempting to setup a test system of Sage CRM with the possible goal of eventually integrating it with Sage 100c Advanced 2016. The GAP document says that Sage CRM for Sage 100 2016 can be either 7.3 SP3 or 2017 R1 or R2. It also mentions 7.3 SP2 or 7.3 SP3 with hotfixes. So some poking around on the Partner Portal shows that there are links to download Service Packs for 7.3, which I have done, but all the links to download the actual 7.3 product are dead links to the SageCRM Community websites (at least they don't work for me, although I just now registered for the site). 
 A little poking around shows that maybe 7.3 and 2017 are the same (or very similar) products. It appears I can download 2017, but not 7.3. Can I really use 2017 R2 with Sage 100 2016? I've downloaded 2017 R3, still looking for R1 or R2. Can I use R3?

CRM 7.3 is no longer a supported version of Sage CRM so you would be best to go to CRM 2017 or later. 
 As noted in other post, My Downloads, Sage 100, should show latest CRM downloads (but that may only show CRM 2019 R1 downloads - the latest release - which was not released integrated with Sage 100 2016). 
 That said, I show the latest CRM version integrated with Sage 100 2016 as CRM 2017 R3 (CRM2017 R1/R2 were integrated too). You probably want to check the Release Notes for the CRM 2017 versions to see changes in each of these versions. 
 You can check the Releases Notes (for changes and fixes) for CRM 2017 R1, CRM 2017 R2, and CRM 2017 R3 at http://help.sagecrm.com/ . 
 If you do not have Sage CRM currently installed then you would install the "full install" of Sage CRM 2017 and if you have an existing CRM install then you would install the CRM 2017 "Patch" version. 
 the latest downloads of Sage CRM compatible with Sage 100 2016 would be: 
 "Download Sage CRM 2017 R3 Full Install for Sage 100 2016" (knowledgebase article 85622) for no existing CRM install OR 
 "Download Sage CRM 2017 R3 Patch for Sage 100 2016" (knowledgebase article 85624) to upgrade an existing CRM installation.

Hey rclowe , Thank you for your question. The Sage CRM install download for the Sage 100 ERP integration can be found on the Sage Knowledgebase . You'd have to have a login linked to an account with an active Sage Business Care plan for Sage 100 ERP. This login is the same as your Sage Partner Portal login. If that's in place, then once you log in, see the top right and click on My downloads and select the main product line as Sage 100 . After that scroll down to see the latest product updates, you'll see links for the Sage CRM integration for Sage 100 versions 2017, 2018 and 2019. Hope this helps! Erzsi
