Add Customer Script Button

We recently upgraded to Sage 100 2024 Workstation and are looking for the option to add a customer button that calls a custom script. In the Sage ERP MAs 200 SLQ Workstation (4.50) you were able to add the custom button by right clicking in top task bar of the home Mas90 screen > select add > select program > navigate and then choose your script. Was this option moved to a different location or was it removed from Sage 100 2024 Workstation?

    Hello  IT_Q-LAB,

    I believe the feature you are looking for is in Favorites.  You can drag and drop your script, shortcut, or task right into the Favorites area or right click and select Insert shortcut.  

    You can customize the Favorites content group that appears in the standard Desktop navigation pane by adding shortcuts to tasks, external programs, web pages, folders, and files.

    Items added to the Favorites group are saved locally based on the Windows user name and password used to log onto the workstation.

    If you have the appropriate security setup, you can also add public favorites. Public favorites are available to all users who can access them based on their security setup.
