I need to print a report that shows Customer Name/Number and Price Level Information, but when I switch from 'customer information' to

'name and number listing', the Price Level Information is greyed out (see below).

How can I correct this?

Crystal Reports is not needed for a custom lookup.

Here are the steps:
1. Launch Customer Maintenance, click on the customer lookup
2. Click Custom
4. Enter a description for the new lookup

Hi JMS329,

The Name and Number Listing prints only the Name and Number. If you have Crystal Reports installed you can create a custom report and include just the Name, Number and Price Level or you can…
