Sales Order Printing - Report Setting List, How to remove old form codes that are no longer used

Sales Order Printing, I need to modify my Report Setting list to include only one option which in this case is the ORDER form code.  Can someone tell me where the below values are being pulled from on this list (BK25330, MAC-PREVIEW, ORDER, Q97291_COLE, and STANDARD) because those values do NOT match what I am seeing in this company's SO_SALESORERPRINTING folder.  Are there other table(s) within Sage that are storing these values to be displayed on the lookup?  Thanks.
