I have the same issue and in October was told to "check back" in November, as it should be ready then.  I called TC on 11/11/24 and am now told "April 2025"!

We have two clients in the same situation, trying to upgrade to Sage v2024 but are being told by True Commerce EDI that the soonest they will have v2024 compatible is April 2025.  They were saying in November 2024; but are now saying April 2025.  Anyone at Sage able to address this for the number of clients using True Commerce EDI? 

Sage 100 2024.2 (7.30.2) is targeted for release mid-April 2025.

I think this post was more about True Commerce not being available for Sage 100 v2024 until April 2025; with just a side question on when Sage will release a PU2 for v2024.  Thank you. 

100% agree that this is NOT answered. Thank you, Linda, for chiming in on my secondary question about PU 2 for 2024, although that seems like a very long delay - much longer than the previous 2 PU 2s. Interesting.

The larger, and primary, question here is what recourse, if any, can Sage use to try to expedite the timeframe of when True Commerce will be compatible with 2024, PU 1. 

If, as is indicated here, it won't be compatible until next April then it may be time to shop for an alternative that is compatible already. Is there something going on with True Commerce that should be released to the public?

One client on v2021 using True Commerce.  Dead in the water.

I wanted to reach out about your inquiry into your Sage 100 version upgrade. Currently out Q&A divisions of our development team are working out some kinks with the integration between Foundry and Sage 100 2024. They hope to have that completed with in the next few weeks. 

Once testing in Q&A is completed, you will receive an email announcing the full compatibility with Sage 100 2024 (all versions). Once you get that e-mail, please reach back out and we can provide the instructions on how to do the upgrade, or if you wish, there is an option to purchase a paid upgrade where you will have a dedicated resource to update all the TrueCommerce pieces required to work with your new version of Sage 100.
