Totals in SO History Inquiry are 0.00

Some of our sales orders are showing totals of 0.00 in Sales Order Quote/History Inquiry and some of them are showing the correct figures.

Why would our data be incorrect?

We noticed this because we wanted to report on order history but can't get good data when the data changes itself to 0.00.

What version and product update are you using? If you recalculate the Sales Order in SO Entry does the Total change from $0.00? You may need to open a support ticket with Sage Support to troubleshoot further.

We are using Version 2022 Advanced Product Update 4.

This is only for history sales orders, not open sales orders.

Any open sales orders, the data in the SO history tables is fine. Once its in history, the totals go to $0.00.
