Try creating a new form, such as Picking Price 2, and try again. It's possible your existing form, Picking Price, may have been modified.

I tried that as well. still no comments,

I would preview a picking sheet and then use DFDM to look at the data to see if the comment field is populated.  Note that the file will be SO_PickingSheetWrk{User ID}{date and time stamp}.M4T

Where are you typing your comments?  This does not look like the regular SO line comment field (CommentText).
