Data Collector Screen Size

We have a client that is using Data Collector.   He has one workstation that when he brings up the Edit Transaction Records, the font is extremely small.  However, the panel on the right side of the main grid the font is normal.  He can login on another workstation and the font size is correct.  They use the Standard Theme for the company.  He does not have a special Theme set up for himself.  We have uninstalled and reinstalled his workstation setup.  Does anyone have a clue on how to fix this?

    Earlier versions of IRP had an issue with small font in the grids related to theme.   Here is the resolution for IRP, you can try it to see if it has any affect on the Data Collector.

    The font size issue occurs when a Classic Theme is assigned to the company code in Company Maintenance. If there is not a theme defined, then the font size is normal.

    Workaround:

    1. Use Library Master / Main / Theme Maintenance to create a custom theme that has the desired theme changes

    2. Select the custom theme for the company in Company Maintenance on Tab 7. Click Accept.

    3. View the IRP Produce and Purchase panels to confirm the font is normal size

    NOTE: The Classic Theme should also be removed from the affected User ID in User Maintenance if the tiny font still displays after removing the Classic theme from Company Maintenance.

    The company is not set up with the Classic theme, nor is the user.  They use Standard.  It only is an issue for one user and only on his workstation.  We have tried logging in as a different user, but that did not solve it.  We also uninstalled and reinstalled the workstation setup.

    Make sure their Application Scaling is set to DEFAULT.  It does not work with medium, large or Extra Large.

    Verified that this morning.  He is using Default.

*Community Hub is the new name for Sage City
