From Production Management Module, Main Menu, select Work Ticket Transaction Entry.  In the transaction type drop down, CLOSE Transaction is one of the options.  Optionally, when you do your Completion, you can look for the "CLOSE" Check box on the Lines Tab and while completing MTS finished parent items into inventory, check on for the Close Box will do both; put the quantity into stock and close the work ticket.
