Unfortunately, there isn't a setting for that type of warning in Work Order.

Work Order was retired about 4 years ago and replaced with Production Management.

Production Management has a Materials Where-Used Inquiry includes a Quantity Remaining column that displays Quantity Required minus Quantity Issued. This allows users to identify materials that have not been fully issued before closing the work ticket.
