The 'Extension' field has disappeared from SO Entry tab 3 for one of our users.  It is not in the "bank" of other available fields to insert on the bottom or left side of the screen (depending whichever view is used) and it is also now showing up under the list of "hidden" fields.

I've had this problem before with our shipping department in Shipping Data Entry, but I cannot remember what I did to fix it.

I haven't reinstalled the MAS workstation yet, so I will probably do that after hours tonight, but has anyone either seen this before or have any idea on what was done to cause it or how I can fix it?
