Rollup tab overwrites custom tab in Sage Intelligence

I am creating a new report for a client and after saving and re-running, the first custom tab has been partially overwritten by four columns of CompanyCode, Rollup Type, Rollup Type Description, and Rollup Code.

The standard Rollup tab is still hidden, and looks fine if I unhide it.

What the what?

Just to be sure, are you counting all hidden and non-hidden tabs, even tabs you've added and they are all in order?

Yes, the hidden ones (except I unhide Settings and use it) are all where they are supposed to be. I have Home and that 2nd std tab also hidden. Then the first tab I actually use after that (tab 12) gets partially overwritten with RollUp detail. Currently I have this labelled DO NOT DELETE and am ignoring it...

Yes, the hidden ones (except I unhide Settings and use it) are all where they are supposed to be. I have Home and that 2nd std tab also hidden. 2 things. Unhide all the sheets and take a Window screen shot.

Then take a screen shot from the Report Manager of the reports under the Union Sub Reports tab.
