Report of Inactive Items ONLY

SOLVED

Good morning,

I need to produce an inventory report of ONLY the inactive items/SKU's.  In the Inventory Item Listing report there is an option to include Inactive items, but I don't see a mechanism to report ONLY inactive items without ALSO including other items.

Is there a mechanism or other report option I can use to produce ONLY inactive items?

TIA

Have you considered using Business Insights > Explorer > Item View to view the data? You can tweak the columns and then use filters much like Excel (inactive item is an option). I almost exclusively use those to look at my data. You can also export to Excel and process further.

I, too use Business Insights, but have not found a filter for 'Inactive Item'.  Can you tell me/point me to where that is?

There are a couple options for adding columns to the table; Column Selection or Column Settings. Also, the column settings shows you the table.fieldnames, which I have found helpful :)

When you have a table showing (which you can save for use later, and even put in your favorites), you can right click on a field and choose filter, and it will filter by that value (if you just want to filter quickly).

Once you get everything how you want it, you can even export the data in multiple formats, including a query that will open the data straight from the tables into excel (how cool is that!) :P
