Add the report to Sage (using Report Manager).  Then you can run the report from different company codes without manually signing in each time.

The Crystal Reports Designer program is for designing reports, not running them.

I am using SAP Crystal Reports 2016 for Sage.  When I come in I have my recent reports and I use those.  

I understand, but that is a very awkward way to run reports.  Add the reports to Sage and you can run them in alternate company codes with a simple right click... and no need to log in each time (since you have already logged into Sage 100).

If you refuse to change the way you run reports, look in the Database menu for Log On or Off Server, which can be used to reset the credentials you previously typed in.

I don't refuse, I inherited this process and this is how they have always done it.  I am trying to make it more efficient.

If you don't know how to get to Report Manager, this will likely need to be configured by your Sage 100 administrator.

When done properly, the reports will be in a Sage module's Custom Reports menu (for the easy right-click to run...).

Sounds good.  I know exactly who to talk to.

I was able to look at the admin view, found the Report Manager.  Just have to figure out how to find those reports that I showed in my first screen shot.  I appreciate your help today!!

Hover your mouse pointer over the report names (without clicking) and that should show you the path.

Sage reports need to end in CUSTOM.rpt before they can be added to the menu.  Copy the renamed reports to MAS90\Reports to make it easier to add to Sage.

I have my custom reports ready to go.  Just have to get the administrator to do her thing with reports manager.  Hopefully she knows what she is doing, and then I will have this screen you mentioned earlier.
