Sage Intelligence error 1004 when trying to save template

When attempting to save the template I get an error message.

This is Sage 100 ver 2023 using Office 365

This happens on any financial report I select. I have been running this report and updating regularly for several years.

I have re-installed Excel; re-install Sage 100 workstation.

And be very aware when manually saving, as Excel likes you to save your templates elsewhere

Hi,

Yes. In working with Microsoft we replaced our current O365 Excel with the version from 6 months ago and the error went away.

Sorry, I thought Sage was going to post this so I didn't at the time.

Can confirm - one of my two clients went back to an earlier version and they, too, are no longer having issues.
