Sage Intelligence error 1004 when trying to save template

When attempting to save the template I get an error message.

This is Sage 100 ver 2023 using Office 365 

This happens on any financial report I select. I have been running this report and updating regularly for several years.

I have re-installed Excel; re-install Sage 100 workstation.

    Follow suggestions made above (upgrade or downgrade Excel version and ensure Excel is not minimized when saving changes to template.  If that doesn't resolve the issue you can manually save the template within Excel (using save as a template file replacing the appropriate template file).  You should probably make a backup of your repository folder before doing this in case you make any mistake while saving (replacing) the existing template file.  Hope that helps.
