Hi, Not sure if anyone else has had this problem but we have upgraded our Starship version to 24. When using the desktop version everything works great, we can import documents, write back to sage. But when we log in using the web version we can see the list of open orders but we cannot import any to ship. If we try to load or view any documents we get the following error. I get this same error when I check a document create shipment. or if I try to view a document from Starship web.

If this is something you have seen before please advise.
