How rebooting your VM can help save time

Did you know that occasionally Sage will implement policy changes for your VMs to improve performance or security? We recently put a policy in place for precisely this reason, and if you have not restarted your site VM since December 15th you will need to restart your VM for this policy to be applied.

We also recommend checking your VMs regularly for Windows updates and applying all updates, which may also require a reboot.

    Have you contacted support?  They have a list of questions and suggestions for you.  For example, Is it all users or just certain users?  Are Client and Site VM updates are current?  Is it a specific OS version like Windows 11 22H2?   Is there some policy applied for these customer users' client machines prohibiting remote access?
