How many attorney's are you paying?   Assuming there aren't that many,  just edit them in the grid in Aatrix.   If they are all in a separate column,  right click at the top of the column and change the selected print box.

Yes, but I am concerned that when they get efiled that it may move the box again.  I have an open case with Sage and Aatrix and there are quite a few.

If you save your work it will stick.  If you don't save your work and regenerate from scratch,  yes,  you will have a problem.

When you are ready to transmit (e-file),  just make sure everything is where you want it and go ahead.

Please do the following:

1. Make a backup copy of ...MAS90\MAS_System\SY_1099Setup.m4t file
2. Open Library Master, Utilities, Data File Display & Maintenance
3. Navigate to MAS90\MAS_System\SY_1099Setup.m4t
4. Select the M201411 record and select Delete
5. Select the M201412 record and select Delete
6. Proceed to run 1099's as usual
