Error 65 SY_TaskLauncher.m4p

I went through a customer upgrade to v2018.3 Premium this past weekend, and setting up an auto-post job through Task Scheduler results in this error. 

Sage KB has it as being reviewed, so I'd rather not spend the time opening a case.  Is there a way I can be notified when there is a resolution?  (Why is there no way to subscribe to updates within a KB article?!?).
