Profit Margin Display with set price for Customer

Hi Guys

We have our "Profit Margin Percent Display Warning" set to 15% on Sales order options but we have some customers who have items set to under 15% and when we add these items to a sales order we don't get an alert. Anyone know why this is and how we can make this appear if it is set to below 15%?

I would like to ask about the SO option to display a profit margin warning in SO entry if it falls below a certain threshold. It appears that the pop up warning only displays if someone changes the price but not if the price is not changed. Has anyone experienced this?
