Business Insights Explorer - stuck on Task Bar

We have a client that is using Sage 100 Advanced.  They have it set up to run as an App.  Last week one of the users was suddenly unable to open Inventory Business Insights Explorer.  It appears on his taskbar but won't open.  They are able to open it on the server.  I had him right click on the icon on the taskbar, he is unable to maximize.  I had him disconnect his multiple monitors, but it still didn't come up.  Has anyone had this???
