Thanks for your reply BIGLOUIE. I have installed Crystal 2020 on the remote desktop and have Sage 2019 running with that installed and Sage 2023 running that Crystal installed. but I am running them off the desktop not the Remoteapp. The End user IT Dept wants them to run off the Remoteapp.

What matters most is the Crystal Reports runtime, not the designer.  Updated CR print engine can break printing in older versions.  The same is true with Paperless Office... a PDF print driver update often breaking Paperless Office in older versions.
