O365 integration w/Sage 100

Hello we have an inquiry into  [email protected] to sign up for the Microsoft 365 integration with Sage 100, but it's been 2 weeks and we have not received a response. Does anyone have any advice on how to reach them alternatively or how to escalate? Thank you.

    I went through the nightmare of trying to get the Office365 integration working this summer.  First, that email address is not correct even though it is in the Sage documentation.  After weeks of going through support I was told the updated address is [email protected].  Then, after I got Sage to get the ball rolling with an email to that address, the integration didn't work.  There was something wrong with the setup in Azure.  I spent many hours with various levels of support and paid my Sage Partner for help and it still doesn't work properly.  The solution is half baked as far as I can tell and the juice isn't worth the squeeze.  Hopefully you have better luck.
