CS ODBC service stopping after upgrading to v2023

Upgraded from Sage 100 v2020 to v2023.1 - We are still on the 32 bit version of Sage.

Uninstalled old CSODBC service and Installed it again from the v2023 directory.

3 times today the CSODBC service has hung up and needed to be restarted.

Here is what I am finding in the Windows Application Event Log:
