Anyone have a recommendation for scanning OCR documents into Sage for automating processes?

Not even sure what I'm after, but interested to know what people are doing for automated document processing.

We receive a lot of PDF ap invoices from vendors, we use a BOI app to mapping these PDF invoice to Sage PO receipt, works smoothly.
