Error Printing Packing Slip

Hello,

When attempting to print a packing slip from shipping data entry we are receiving the attached error message.

The first time we received the error it said we needed to upgrade to the latest version of Sage. We are on 2019.

Has anyone experienced this or know how to resolve?

I suspect a record in SY_ReportSettings.m4t may contain invalid data for printer. Try changing printers

Click on the "Setup" button over on the bottom right and verify whether the printer showing there is the exact same printer name as what shows in the bottom left drop down.
